VIDEO DOWNLOADER
TikTok Video Downloader HD
Save an authorised public TikTok video in a convenient video file, with quality up to 1080p when the source provides it.
FREE PUBLIC VIDEO TOOL
Download an authorised TikTok video
Paste a public TikTok video URL, choose an output ceiling and prepare a local copy when the source is accessible without login. Short links may resolve differently over time; every download depends on the public source still being available.
Free downloader setup. On first use, XpertBoost attempts to install the official open-source yt-dlp Python package in a private folder outside the website root. This requires Python 3.10+, PHP proc_open, outbound HTTPS to GitHub releases and writable private storage; if the host blocks any of these, contact SufiHost support.
Temporary private file · Maximum 100 MB · Up to 12 validated attempts per hour per visitor · no account passwords or cookies accepted. The public URL is processed directly by the free open-source yt-dlp engine; platform availability can vary.
02
Choose a quality ceiling
Select 720p or up to 1080p. The source must actually provide the chosen resolution for it to be available.
03
Save the temporary file
When processing succeeds, your browser receives a temporary file. The file is removed after serving or when its retention window expires.
TikTok Video Downloader HD for public video links
Paste a public TikTok video URL, choose an output ceiling and prepare a local copy when the source is accessible without login. Short links may resolve differently over time; every download depends on the public source still being available. The tool checks the URL host before starting a download, uses a server-side extractor when it is installed, and stores generated files outside the public web directory. A download is not guaranteed: the source may be removed, changed, unavailable in the server’s region or no longer compatible with the installed extractor.
How to use this TikTok video tool
- Open the original post or media page in the platform and copy its public link, or copy a supported direct media-file link where this page requires one.
- Paste the URL in the box above and select a maximum quality. Only HTTPS links on the allowed platform/media hosts are accepted.
- Confirm you have the rights to save the video, then submit. If the link is supported and the server is configured, your browser will receive the video file.
Video quality, format and download limits
Using the local extractor, the page requests the best single-file video at or below the chosen 720p or 1080p limit. The tool does not upscale low-resolution sources, remove watermarks, bypass DRM, defeat access controls or use private session cookies. Output format depends on what the source provides; downloads are limited to 100 MB per file. Processing may take up to roughly 100 seconds; your hosting provider's own PHP execution limit may be lower.
Privacy and responsible use
Do not submit a social account password, authentication token, private link or recovery code. Only process material you own, have permission to download, or are otherwise legally entitled to save. A publicly viewable video can still be copyrighted. You are responsible for complying with applicable law, the creator’s rights and the platform’s terms. XpertBoost is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, X, Snapchat or Pinterest.

Frequently asked questions
Can I download a private or login-only video?
No. This tool is for public URLs only and does not accept account passwords, login cookies, private links, or requests to bypass access controls.
What video quality is available?
The free open-source yt-dlp engine requests a single video file up to a 720p or 1080p ceiling where the source offers it. Actual output may be lower because the source controls available quality.
Why might a public link fail?
A post can be removed, region-restricted, age-restricted, login-gated, unsupported by the installed extractor, or changed by the platform. Do not send passwords or cookies to work around those limits.
Can I save a video made by another creator?
Only download a video when you own it or have permission or another lawful basis to save it. Respect copyright, platform terms, privacy and creator rights.
Does every public post URL work?
Not always. XpertBoost uses the free open-source yt-dlp engine directly, and availability changes by platform and post. If the link is unsupported or the platform challenges the server, use the platform’s own download or export option.
