XpertBoost collects only the information a visitor chooses to include in an enquiry. Contact forms prepare a WhatsApp message and do not submit data to a XpertBoost form database. When you submit a video URL to one of the downloader tools, the URL is processed by the server-side open-source yt-dlp engine, which makes direct requests to the relevant social platform and media hosts. Generated files are stored in a private temporary folder outside the public web root and deleted after serving or expiry. Do not submit private links or sensitive URLs.
Service information
We do not require social account passwords, session cookies or recovery codes. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, full payment-card details or sensitive identity documents in a message. Only submit video URLs you have permission or another lawful basis to save.
Data and user responsibilities
Basic hosting may record technical request logs for security and troubleshooting. The downloader does not send video URLs to a paid third-party downloader API, though it necessarily requests the public source platform and its media hosts. Their availability, terms and privacy practices apply to those requests. No third-party advertising pixels are included in this package.
