Information collected

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, service selection, target URL, payment method and any receipt you upload. You may optionally select a country or region to help us understand the service context. Payment providers may collect information under their own privacy policies.

How information is used

We use submitted information to process orders, verify payments, provide support and maintain basic business records. Access to order and receipt information should be limited to authorized administrators.

Optional recent-order notices

If you separately opt in at checkout, we may show an anonymized notice about your service in the site’s recent activity widget after your payment is confirmed and your order is in progress or completed. If you provide a country or region, that location may be included in the notice. Your name, email address, target URL and payment receipt are not displayed. You can leave this option unchecked and your order will not be included in those notices.

Verified service ratings

If you choose to rate a service, we use your order number and checkout email to verify that the order was completed and paid. Ratings remain pending until an administrator reviews them. Approved scores may appear in aggregate on the service catalogue; personal contact details are not published with the score.

Retention and security

Keep account credentials private, use HTTPS, protect the admin account and configure hosting backups. Uploaded receipts are private and should not be shared publicly.
